Copper Tubes Manufacturers, Copper Tube Manufacturers Suppliers
Shreya coppers is a leading copper tubes manufacturers and supplier.
Our commitment to quality, extensive technical expertise and immense experience in the manufacturing of copper tubes enable us to produce and supply copper tubes of superior quality for use in numerous applications and industries.
All our tubes are manufactured in compliance with the predefined international standards. Our offered tubes are quality tested on well-defined parameters under the strict supervision of skilled professionals. The offered tubes are available in different grades (DHP, DLP, ETP)and dimensions (4.76mm O.D up to 100 mm O.D)and can be customized as per the client’s requirement. The Copper tube is of 2 types, rigid copper and soft copper. The copper offers excellent corrosion-resistance and reliable connections. Such kinds of the Copper tubes are commonly used to deliver drinking water to buildings and houses and it also finds use in HVAC systems as a refrigerant line, medical-gas delivery, compressed-air systems.
We offer these tubes at very affordable prices. The tube manufactured in compliance with the preset standards is pure copper at least 99.9 percent.
Types Of Copper Tubes
Type K, Type L, and Type M are the most common types of copper tubes used in residential and commercial construction. Except for the variations in wall thickness these tubes are similar. Each tube type is marked by a particular color: Green represents type K, Blue represents type L, Red represents type M, and Yellow represents type DWV.
- Type K: Type K has the thickest walls and therefore has the highest pressure level. It is used for water supply, fire protection, oil, HVAC, and many other applications in the construction industry. Type K is suitable for underground pressure service. It is preferred for main water lines and underground connections because its hardness helps endure the strain in trenches from backfilled soil.
- Type L: Type L copper pipe is recommended where you need strength and protection. Type L is suitable for interior plumbing, interior pressure service such as with air compressors and natural and LP gas delivery. For handling fuel and fuel oils Type,HVAC applications and fire protection type L is preferred. Type L can also be used outside the home where it will be directly exposed.
- Type M: It has a lighter wall that Type L and is used in low-pressure applications. Type M is preferred for domestic water service. Type M Copper Water Tubing is thin-walled than type K and L copper and ideal for use in homes, behind walls. For residential work Type M tubing is preferred for its fairly low price. Type M copper is not permitted for plumbing systems in all areas and applications.
- Type DWV: It has the thinnest walled and is used in drain, waste, vent applications with little to no pressure involved. DWV tube is used primarily in drain, waste, and vent, HVAC, and solar applications. It is suitable only for above-ground applications and has a low-pressure rating much lower than the water pressure of most municipal water supply systems.
The strong and Long lasting copper tube is an ideal choice for plumbing, heating, cooling, and other systems.
