Copper Nickel Strips

We are one of the leading copper nickel 90/10, 95/5, 80/20, 85/15, 70/30, 75/25 strips manufacturers.

We provide a quality assortment of Copper Nickel 90/10-95/5-80/20-85/15-70/30-75/25 strips and our offered collection is ensured to be made in compliance with the predefined international quality standards.

Copper-nickel sometimes called cupro-nickels,  is an alloy of copper that contains nickel and strengthening elements, such as iron and manganese.Copper-nickel alloys with appropriate addition of iron and manganese find a wide range of applications in the marine and offshore industries.

We are a leading  Copper Nickel Stripe manufacturers and are a product-oriented company and make use of only high-quality material for manufacturing the offered lot.

Reputed Copper Nickel Strips Exporter

Being a renowned copper nickel 90/10, 95/5, 80/20, 85/15, 70/30, 75/25 strips supplier, we produce and supply our cupro-nickel strip and other profiles in a wide variety of alloys i.e.95/5, 90/10,85/15, 80/20,70/30,75/25 including clad composites and they are assembled in our high tech manufacturing facility.

We offer our copper-nickel strips in standard dimensions as well as customized grades and dimensions as per the requirements of the client.  We offer various plating and coatings, edge conditioning, special surface conditions, profiled strip, and multiple packaging options to meet our customer’s requirements.

The copper-nickel alloying improves on the overall properties of copper in terms of strength and corrosion resistance while maintaining high inherent resistance to bio fouling. The Copper-Nickel alloy is used for its corrosion resistance. It is mainly used in marine applications that take place in a salty water atmosphere.

In addition to this, the products offered to the clients are manufactured as per the predefined industrial standards.

Piping
Heat Exchangers
  • Boat Hulls
  • Crank Shafts
  • Sea Water Systems
  • Ship Propellers

Features:

  • Outstanding resistance to corrosion, particularly seawater
  • 70/30 is stronger and has superior resistance to impingement corrosion
  • Good resistance to bio fouling, with the 90/10 alloy being slightly better compared to the 70/30 alloy

Copper rich alloys are:

  • Ductile
  • Can be hardened only by cold working
  • Good corrosion resistance
  • Good strength
  • Low-temperature co-efficient of electrical resistance

The nickel content in these copper-nickel alloys enables them to retain their strength at elevated temperatures compared to copper alloys without nickel.

Applications :

  • Used in seawater condenser systems and desalination plants, as well as pipework in chemical plants.
  • Automotive Applications: used for brake and hydraulic suspension systems and cooling systems in cars and commercial vehicles.
  • Marine Applications: Used in applications such as cladding for ships’ hulls, legs of oil rig platforms, and seawater intake screens.
  • They are also used in cooling circuits, ammunition, seawater corrosion-resistant assemblies, condenser tubes.
